EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a well researched approach to reducing and resolving trauma (PTSD), anxiety, and fears. It may be a helpful tool in our work together. I offer EMDR therapy as integrative to our ongoing work, or to clients looking to do brief, more focused therapy. Through assessments, planning, and the strengthening of your tools and resources, together we can determine what will be most helpful to you.
