It is a deep honor of mine to witness and be touched by my clients' humanity, I enjoy working with clients of all identities and backgrounds. I come to this work with an anti-oppression framework and work to bridge values of social justice and humility with various psychotherapeutic practices and techniques. I make frequent use of and am trained with a trauma informed lens. It is a value of mine to provide body-based psycho-education helping to make understandable, accompany, and cultivate appreciation for our bodies/minds/spirits varied responses to stress and trauma.

My approach is collaborative, adaptive, and holistic. As a clinician my work is informed by relational and body centered psychotherapy. Sites of harm are often the sites of healing, in the forming of a therapeutic relationship we can explore these sites and the unique offerings they hold for you. Our bodies hold access points to memories and informing sensations different from those available to us through thinking alone. When appropriate, I will work with you to help you establish a state of being that can provide for a greater sense of self knowing, help you to discover where your inner resources my lie and accompany you in the places you may have historically felt alone in.
